Has anyone been to one of these? Thinking about doing it for one of my boys birthdays as a surprise.. ( he's turning 12) Are all the rides open as we have a 6 yr old ( who is take back to the hotel once it starts getting dark)

While it was enjoyable, it's so much more busy than other times that it made the day very dull. I'd have rather visited the park on an off season day and not queued for hours. We spent 2 hours each time queued for most of the major rides and this only got worse as the evening started and people started to flood the park.

Thanks for that Astec, I've Ben reading some reviews and they all seem to say the same thing about the queues. I think they have an inset day around the October half term so maybe I'll take them on that day. Wouldn't want to spend hours in a queue when the weather isn't good. Took them to Alton towers in March and it was great to be able to walk straight onto the rides.
