Time to upgrade my desktop

Hi folks I wonder if any of you techie minded folk out there can assist, my existing desktop I think is slowly grinding to a death after about 5 years excellent service. I have already had a memory upgrade and that helped slightly but am now thinking of upgrading and since those nice people at Ebay sent me a 10% off voucher I thought I would see what deals were on there.
I am only looking at legimate sellers with good feedback (at least 99%) that have been trading for a number of years and have a offline business as well so I am unlikely to be conned I hope.
I use the PC constantly mainly for surfing, I have no patience and normally multi tasking and have numerous windows open at the one time.
The 2 systems I have looked at are both just barebone systems as I already have monitor, keyboard etc.

Is either of these systems suitable for my needs or can anyone suggest any other similar deals.
Any help much appreciated
