you can get much better but at a higher cost. (of course). depending on how much you want to spend will obviously determine how good of a laptop you will get. i would personally recommend a SONY VAIO of some description. the CW series is very good and you get your moneys worth. i good sony vaio would cost you £400- £800. also you should have a look at DELL, they do some good offers.

the toshiba laptop, is not brilliant, thats why it is cheap. the laptop will not be very fast, and not be able to play games. also the battery life is awful. if you are just going to use it for the internet then it will be very good. if you want to use it for a entertainment laptop then it will be useless.

hope this helps.
