Hey.
I was going to go with giffgaff but their network is not great where I am, also you have to email them if any problems.
TPO are offering 30 day rolling for 3.99 for 2 months, then 14.99. Unlim text, calls and 3gb data and 10% to your charity.
I know EE are good here, any thoughts on this company?
Thanks all

I joined them a couple of months ago. Got cash back through TCB fine, payable very quickly. Coverage is much better than my old Orange sim only deal, and nothing but pleasant conversations over the phone. Switched my number over no problems on the day they said. Other people have had bad experiences but I have not so would recommend. If you don't like them its a 30 day contract so can leave anyway. :)

I also joined them a couple of months ago through TopCashBack but I'm still waiting for my cash back but I have still got more time to wait. Left giffgaff to come to them because had no reception at my new job. I had a little problem with them.

Ordered a PAYG sim online to test them out but never received it. Contacted them to ask where it was, told me it must be lost in the post. I said "thats ok but I've decided I want a pay monthly sim now" but for some reason they wouldn't let me use the same email address. I said to them can you delete my email address off your system so I can sign up again online, said I would take a few days, a few weeks pass and still my details haven't been deleted. So decided to order a pay monthly sim (with different email) and again sim no where to be seen. Phoned, "must be lost in post", they said "we'll send another. Finally got it. Switching my number was complicated because the replacement sim didn't have a number with it. Took a few days to get through to the technical department to sort out. But finally its all sorted now.

Customer service were very good throughout my problem, all spoke English. Even though I went through this I would still recommend them.

Bit of random info - 24th Nov charged £12. 31st Dec charged £3.20. Why?

I have seen a lot of people saying they ordered sims and never receiving them, not good.
Thanks for your experience.

I would say it is a problem with their website but if you were to phone them and request one your probably more likely to receive it.

They don't sell phones? Not sure you posted in the correct thread.
