Congratulations......Do you know exactly what you are looking for?

You need to answer a few questions when buying a pushchair or travel system.......The first question is.

Do you both drive? I ask this because some pushchairs look really good but when it comes to getting on and off busses you dont want some massive pushchair that will cause problems, or that is too big and heavy to fold down.

If you do both drive then do you want to spend alot of money on something you wont really use......If you buy a travel system, you may only use the car seat. In that case i would buy a very lightweight stroller suitable from birth, you can whip it out of the back of the car in no time. and a seperate car seat.

Or if you do want the travel system is there enough room in the boot of your car for it to fold down.....In out Zafira there was no boot space at all unless we folded down seats.

I hope this will help you to choose the right one for you......

Good luck:-D

Thanks for all your advice. This is brilliant. The Chicco brand has good reviews and the kiddicare prices are really cheap.

Beckyboo - we do both drive and are environmentally not great with a Rav 4 so have plenty of room.

My wife has suggested a travel system based on her mom's advice and she's had 3 children so I can't really argue I suppose.

Other points to consider (though it might seem really obvious) - how easy will it convert from one element to another. How easy and practical is the fabric is to keep clean - babies aren't really problem, but once the little cherubs get a bit older and start gumming things up.....Also swivvel/fixed wheels or the capability to have either?

Check this one out, its half price at the moment, it is a pram with car seat and pushchair in one.

Definately agree with loupomm that Kiddicare is really good - bought from them many times before when the kids were babies, but i also thought this was a good offer from http://www.nurseryandtoys.com/invt/26703 @ just £99.00 delivered.

I have just ordered the concord fusion travel system from kiddicare.com. They have an offer on at the moment where if you buy the pushchair you get the car seat (worth £100) thrown in. I got the last beige one, but the other colours are still in stock.

http://www.kiddicare.com/page/navpage?N=0&Ntk=primary&Ntt=concord+fusion&D=concord+fusion&x=0&y=0

(Its the 5 travel systems at the bottom of the page)

Oh and it cost £279.97-delivery is free, plus 3.5% quidco
