Best places to use are defintely

http://www.chemical-records.co.uk
http://www.imorecords.co.uk

Of course its very much dependant on what style of music you like, personally i am into hardcore and IMO is the best for that, they do other stuff as well though.

Chemical records is more d&b focused i think.

Cheers

go to judge jules.net and look for a link to his Q&A i think after that its in the general section but dont quote me on that, its in one of them anyway.
there is a question someone asks "where to buy records" jules gives about 4 or 5 good top ones.

http://www.threebeatrecords.co.uk/ in liverpool
juno.co.uk is also brilliant.

as well as chemical-records.co.uk

www.ukrecordshop.co.uk for your urban needs, including garage & grime

depends what styles of dance music you're after, HTFR are big but don't specialise in any one area really

2 highly recommended ones for your list

http://www.hardcore-projektz-shop.com/ the biggest stockist of hardcore breaks online or offline, also covers oldskool hardcore & some breaks (not that it's a plug or anything:whistling: )

http://www.vinylconnection.com/ huge online shop covering most areas dance

if hardcore is your thing you may want to try the forums on www.backtotheoldskool.co.uk or www.hardcorewillneverdie.com

or if you're looking more along the lines of hard house, trance etc then try www.bangingtunes.com they have a huge online shop & a massive forum

chemical are quite good, used them a couple of times

like i said above though, if you told us what you liked it'd be easier to help;-)
theres way too many different genres in dance music to be that vague nowadays:giggle:

Personally I'd avoid HTFR

As echoed above - juno is good, also, don't forget discogs

www.discogs.com - find the tunes your after and someone may have them for sale - got a few bargains like this before

red eye records are pretty good for dnb

If you want super cheap prices then just be prepared to sift thru loads of auctions on ebay and be patient!

ez rob:thumbsup:

yer you're kinda right about htfr, avoid them like the plague for old vinyl becausew they deal in a lot of bootlegs but they're supposed to be quite good for new vinyl & equipment (except their prices aren't the best)

discogs is great for getting vinyl from, the only problem is your dealing with private sellers so theres the small chance of things going pear shaped;-)
also www.gemm.com is worth a look, it's a mass of searchable sellers all on one site so if you know what you're after theres a damn good chance of finding it on there;-)

i would agree there about HTFR prices, they are over the top for some of the stuff

try the buy and sell forum on http://www.ush.net also
