Looking for either a

Gigabyte U60
Medion RIM 1000
OQO

For under £350 ... anybody know where I can get one? Or alternatively a UMPC under 1kg weight, no bigger than a 10" screen, at least 700mhz with minimum 256mb RAM and 10GB HDD under £350...

PS must have a full qwerty keyboard, touchscreen not required but would be nice.

I've scoured ebay, lots of Q1's but decided I need a qwerty... any ideas folks?

Are you sure you want one of these? It didn't get a very good review:

I saw that review, but too be fair thats the only negative review I've read ... if I do buy one I'll get the OQO Model 01+ or the one I really want is the Gigabyte U60...
