Having recently started at college, I need a skeleton, or at least a spine.. human of course - no exmother-in laws please.

If any of you know of a good deal or have a second hand (not literally off couse) one they want to sell, please let me know.

Thanks.

There are a number of companies on EBay that do full skeletons. Mostly v. reasonable. Brother got spine only from a German company, happy with it.

Also many genuine health students selling theirs off on E bay too. I would set up a search and get daily e mail when they become available.

Recycling....................... or 'pick' and mix.

Have a spade but figured the wire to put it back together would cost more than factory ones...... besides, I need one so that I can put the C7 on to T1, otherwise may end up with my lumbar before my thorasic.. and that would be a pain.

Besides, could be a bit of a whiff....... :giggle:

Thanks for the advise on e-bay, but having never bought anything off e-bay not to sure how to set up the text alert.

Hi,
in ebay: search the words your looking for as per normal
Just under the search button theres a link that says add to favorite searches
click on add a new search, adjust the search words if necessary and 'click on email me daily'
save the search

you'll get an update everyday of anything new listed

Good luck!

By the way... are you sure you dont accept mother in laws? She's fresh... well living:whistling:

 I just knew I had to revive this thread. Can't believe you guys missed this first time round!

E Bay can be very useful but you need to do a lot of floating about to suss it all out, then you will be HOOKED. :w00t: So beware. Excellent resource for course books etc.

Sorry to give impression they send text to phone, I meant daily e mail if anything you are interested comes up (saves having to search regularly)

Good luck.

Skeletons tend to be very lonely people as they have 'no body' to hang around with.

But at least they can now buy their jean size at ASDA..... (0);-)

Actually had a look at e-bay, and they had a few for auction - am 'toying' with just get a half model - at about £30 + postage, it may be small, but at least it can sit on a table... so hopefully the landlord's dog will not be tempted to bury it.

I didn't know a butcher that sold human bones, except for ones on remote islands or mountains (or is that just in the movies).....

Thanks for offering mother-in-law, but managed to avoid having one for 36 years, and don't think I am old enough for the responsiblity yet...... but figured that that would be the main offer I received. :whistling:

Thanks Jerry

There are some very good deals on the American sites, especially with the strong pound, just wonder that the postage would be. Maybe I should ask them to send the bones over in a body bag.... :p
