USA Car Hire -Anyone used or before?

After checking, the best deals I can find are on these two sites.

Has anyone used them before/any experiences? The HireCars deal looks too good to be true at about £100 less than everwhere else + a full tank of fuel, additional driver & GPS unit.

I'm a bit wary that I might get charged for the extras once I get to the car hire desk in US (like last year when I used for a car in Gran Canaria!-avoid).

Any feedback would be appreciated!!

always booked through netflights they have been amazing because what you see if what you pay, we have booked for over 10 yrs with them and always upgrade to platinum insurance , extra drivers and full tank of fuel, return back empty -and it has worked out cheaper than anyone else, and it is so nice for them to say at the car hire desk 'nothing else to pay' - although last year they did try and get us to upgrade, but we had a 7 seater van so didnt want to upgrade
Thats great thanks, netflights was a bit dearer that but willing to pay that extra for a smooth transaction.

I got charged an out of hours fee last year even though I had a pre-paid receipt that said 'no out of hours fee's to pay'. The guy at the desk wouldn't give me a car until I paid it, I complained to ValueCarRentals when I got home but was told the rental company can charge you whatever they like when you go to the desk & that they had changed their policies after I booked! All changes to rentals are backdated!!

I gave the person on the phone a few choice words on how they do business, won't be using them again! :-D

3.9% Quidco cashback as well is always good
have you tried they seem to be the cheapest.
i just hired 7 seater minivan through them with budget for £398 for two weeks hire in orlando florida Gold option which includes full tank and additional drivers and also customer facility charge is included with the price.
netflights are all good :)
Thanks for this thread. Got a Dodge Cailber with Netflights, 2 weeks in orlando for £240. Was gonna pay that for a smaller car.
