I used imgburn there are no errors on there but when i put the game into the xbox it loads then ask to sign in the hard drive then once that is done there is an error.
It says "This disc is unreadable
1. Clean disc with soft cloth
2.Restart the console"
more help go to www.xbox.com/support.
#5

post the log

when you say no errors did you verify which is why I asked to see LOG I also wanted to see which dvd writer you have/firmware etc, the mid code of the Aone media you are using which are pretty poor as are most DL+ in comparison to MKM
#7
for masters using cdimage 2.45(which Batman A_A is) you must be running latest firmware on 360 as well eg (i-xtreme) or non i-xtreme firmware.

I dont think its the laser the reason being the other games work fine without a problem. So if it was the laser they wound not work aswell.

Could be a bad batch of discs? who knows.
#15
You should verify the disc against the local copy.

I have used some of the disc's from the same pack for other games and they work if it was a bad batch would they all not be faulty??

How do you mean???

MarzBarz
you get some discs which are coasters

But this is 2 disc's from the same pack of 10 i didnt think they would be that common.

Which part of these posts does NOT break the rules of this forum?

:whistling:
#20
well you did not verify so you will need to put disc back in writer open ImgBurn then change mode to verify and then tick verity against image ... click the folder below and browse to your .dvd file etc and verify..

DVDRW IDE 16X A07M thats not great either as its a seemingly no name writer with maybe hard to get firmware for.
#21
Have you checked the ISO on ABGX?

Ok i will verify it now to see if anything comes up but i thought for xbox 360 games you did not need to verify when finished im sure i read that somewhere.

Abvance
Have you checked the ISO on ABGX?

Yes i did that 1st.
#24
So the mention of a download is for imgburn or abx, that's not so bad then!
#25
Well if you don't verify the disc you're only going to find out it's a bad burn when the Disc Read Error appears. Or if it doesn't work, at all..........
#26
Just burn it again, it'll probably work the next time, verify it if you want.
#27
Ok just tried to verify it and there was a problem around 45% then it said this error "W 19:09:06 Failed to Read Sector 1766593 - Reason: Timeout on Logical Unit" does this mean there is a problem with my dvd drive??
#28
It means your drive cannot read back what it burnt. Aone and other media like this show signs of being poor quality with little Qc & consistency etc.

Think about also replacing your writer with a pioneer 115/116/117/118

you could buy the verbatim from play for £9.99 but if you writer does not have a strategy for 8x MKM-003-00 you may be wasting your time MKM-001-00 2.4x are probably better suited to your writer.

it means your drive cannot read what it burnt

So is that a problem with my drive??
#30
It could be but more than likely the poor media you are using . But the drive you what is it meant to be. When the ATAPI string appears as your s does it's not a good sign as you need to keep the firmware upto date to ensure compatibility with media types.

I burned this one using aone disc, having no troubles
#32
Ditto ive just got it burned onto an aone too, working fine.
#33
Mine backed up OK onto ritek media which is also not the best ...but my drive and media combo get along. Unfortunately for you , yours does not

Thanyou everyone for your help i burnt another copy using another dual layer drive Sony which i have on my pc and it burnt and verified and now is fully working i think the issue was with my other drive. All i have to say is the graphics are amazing on the game WOW.
#35
Well i thought it was fixed but the game worked until the end of the 1st stage when you glide down and hit the 1st enemy then the same error comes up the game burnt and verified properly so what could be the issue now?
#36
Maybe it's your xbox 360?
