Sold 2 tickets to Nashville live on viagogo, was a delay in the tickets being sent from the box office to me and they arrived on Thursday for a Sunday gig. I had already received a chase email from viagogo to which I responded with one of the 3 options they give - tickets on their way and I will post asap. No response other than took say thanks for letting us know. Tickets arrive and I posted them within an hour using UPS shipping label supplied by Viagogo. Checked tracking on Saturday and tickets aren't going to be delivered until Monday, missing the concert. I spoke to customer services today and they advised I should have sent the tickets next day delivery, this is nowhere on their website or in any communication to me. She advised I will be charged for replacement tickets to buyer. I offered to get the tickets re-issued by the box office for the buyer to collect but was told that wouldn't be an option for Viagogo. The shipping label had a mobile number for the buyer on it so I contacted them and they told me they had bought them in error, re-sold them with viagogo and I should have been informed that the tickets needed to be redirected, I received no such email. They said that they had spoken to Viagogo and they will not be charged so just looking for advice on how to proceed. I've cancelled the card that I used to sign up so they can't just take money without engaging with me.
