I joined Virgin Media as Sky increased there prices and I told the virgin advisor I have no virgin white socket in the house and will need an engineer. The day of install virgin router arrived with a self set up instructions but no engineer bearing in mind I have no where to connect it. Phoned virgin and said oh we through you had a socket when i clearly said i dont now i have to wait for an engineer for another 3 weeks as none available and no broadband which i need for work an is vital for me.
Been on the ohone to virgin for last 3 days and all i get told we got you on a priority list and they cant do more.
Any advice on what i can do to speed it up?
