I always went straight to retentions as they all based in UK. they each have quotas that they can give to customers saved alot over the years but it was just getting silly.
was paying 90 a month and for what we watch and net use it wasn't worth it no more. I got amazon fire tv stick from argos always deals on. yes 79 for year but work it out monthly hell of a lot cheaper then virgin.
virgin was always faults, call them get advisors from abroad who say yeah yeah 15 off next bill which never happened. speak to uk advisor and no log of any of it.
customer service was getting worse so left.
family loves amazon. they prefer to virgin, plus saving fortune.
but if you keep on at retentions, loyal customer, mention offers you seen for new customers they should offer better ( well it's what we got )
nearly a year with Amazon and no regrets.
sorry virgin but for what you offer plus faults bad customer service you lost a loyal customer.
keep bugging retentions your get a good advisor.
good luck
When did Amazon start doing broadband? oO
