I took out a contract with Vodafone around 18 months ago.. from day 1 I have experienced problems. I have around 5 months remaining.
So around 2 weeks ago.. I received several emails to say my address had been changed.. so I queried this with customer service.. so I call and the first guy I speak to says one of customer relations manager has changed this. I don't know why.. and hangs up.. so I call back and get passed around.. till I get to someone in retentions.. who says this will be investigated and we will get back to you within 48 hours.. so I wait the 48 hours.. then I ring back on Saturday..and this time I'm told it was a system error and I should just ignore it. I refuse to just let it go.. so I ask to speak to a manager.. who offers me £65 towards my bill and also says it's a system error.. but I refuse and ask for an explanation as to why my details were changed without my consent.. so ask for it to be escalated by a senior member of staff. Told I would get a call back.. it's been a week.
Starting to get very **** off with Vodafone.. poor service.. poor customer service. I just want to leave without the early termination fees. Also experiencing text messages coming delayed.. ongoing problem for around 3 weeks..
If someone can kindly provide some advice..
