depends on whether the printer is important to you..and take into consideration the running cost of the printer which I expect to be expensive...so check replacement ink prices.

With Comet there is also quidco cashback but my advice is to also check other prices using www.kelkoo.co.uk

The Fuji F20 will give excellent results in low light, the Samsung cannot compare to the Fuji F20.

Samsung are not the best manufacturers of camera's, most are mediocre.

Another option is the Panasonic FX 01 on offer at Argos, but only via delivery @ £99.99 + £4.99 delivery charge.

It is tiny, Made in Japan, all metal body and has a wide angle lens, I have just got one, fantastic camera. It looks much better in the flesh than in the photo at Argos.

;-)

PS, Don't worry about pixel numbers unless you intend to print large posters, the quality of the lens/ camera is far more important.

Mediocre camera, printer that will cost a fortune to run.

Trust me, the Fuji F20 or the Panasonic FX 01 are the best value quality cameras available in this price range.

The Fuji for low light conditions, or the Panasonic for it's small size, quality build and wide angle lens.

So overall, the new Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX01 is a stylish, easy to use, point and shoot camera with that 28mm lens as its main attraction. The noise issue is by no means a show-stopper, particularly if you live in a sunny climate or tend to shoot mostly outdoors, but it does stop me from recommending this camera more strongly. If you're really interested in the unique combination of ultra-compact size and wide-angle lens, then the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX01 should definitely be on your shopping list.

not sure I would like the "noise" issue....any comment on that inactive.

I have a F20 but only paid £74 for it so would fell cheated having to pay £90....but nevertheless an excellent camera....but if buying now I think I would stretch to £120 for the F31.

If you don't mind a refurb take a look on www.fuji.co.uk

The " noise issue " in reality isn't a problem, it works fine in low light, however not as good as the F20, it was mentioned as an alternative to the Fuji because of it's wide angle lens, small size and build quality ( This is all metal, including the tripod stand insert ).

Also I find the menu system to be far easier/better than the one on the Fuji, it even has a simple mode.;-)

Nothing wrong with the F20, an excellent camera, just mentioned as another choice.

I actually prefer using the Panasonic to the Fuji, it just feels so nice in the hand and of course the wide angle lens has real benefits.

All a matter of " Horses for courses ".;-)

can anyone tell me how this one is?

Cannot help you with that one, sorry.

If I cannot carry a camera in my pocket, it isn't any use to me.

To be honest, these types of camera's are usually used by dedicated, experienced photographers, and have quite a steep learning curve.

out of these which one do you recommend for under 90 pounds?
http://www.fujifilm.co.uk/shop/refurb/shop.php

and also does anyone know where else i can get refurb cameras?
#15
I just got a panasonic dmc fx12. It cost about £135 including postage from dixons web store, but there is a £40 cashback deal from panasonic so it still comes in under the £100.
Seems to be great and there's millions of extra functions to get your head round. Definitely worth a look

Only the F20 has the low light facilities/lens, and at that price, you may as well buy a new one from Argos, all of the others within your price range are mediocre/ average camera's.
