Wasn't 100% sure where to put it, as I wasn't selling or buying so I didn't think it belonged in there. If a mod could move it if it isn't right

but people still expect you to sell them at that price to them

i know....instead of idiots coming here and telling me i have to sell you my new DS for £65 as morrisons HAD an offer, why dont you call amazon or any other retailer charging £100 and tell them that they must sell you a new DS for £65 as morrisons had them at £65

(10) You must NOT list items for sale at higher than the recommended retail price. The marker of RRP will be determined by cross indexing with Amazon or other well known retailer. Profiteering is NOT permitted from items previously found at a lower price in the 'Deals' or ANY forum here.

£90 is not above the RRP.

So he is not profiteering, you do not know where they got it from.

Copied from a moderator answer to a similar sale

Where the seller hadn't stated the purchase price they paid, then we look at 2 factors normally, is the asking price below RRP, & also is it below the average selling price compared across a number of major retailers. This takes into the account that one store may have an item on offer but others don't, so we look at an average. The fact that it may be on offer at one store is a seller consideration though when they are setting their price to help guarantee their sale.

The average price of DS's is not below £90 so I don't see this as profiteering.

IMO if they don't like the price don't buy simple. Whether it is above / below RRP who cares. As long as the seller and buyer are happy I don't see the problem myself.

this DS was actually bought from Amazon (ffs i still have the amazon packaging), so obviously i'm profiteering by making a £10 loss

a lot of people on here need to stop being so stupid and tight

you missed the £65 offer and that price is no longer available anywhere.

this is further evidence of why the marketplace on here is a complete waste of time.

gonna sell this elsewhere.
