Yeah, get me one too. I think you might have to review your budget by quite a bit. Silent power supplies don't really exist. You'll be looking at between £70 and £100 for a quiet power supply alone. Beware of anything cheaper that states it's "quiet". At the end of the day, define "quiet". Any power supply can be described as quiet if it's quieter than another one that's noisy. Get my point. It's not something you can do properly, cheaply.

I already have a PSU, all I would like is a case.....I guess I could stretch to £50ish....there's gotta be something for that, lol

£30-50 seems to be cheap and cheerful territory, it'll do the job but expect flexible side panels and lots of plastic. I paid £90 for the well-reviewed Akasa Eclipse and while it's a nice case there are still obvious parts where corners have had to be cut.

If your current case accepts 120mm fans then I'd use that and just buy some silent fans for it (£30 will get you a pair of noctuas). Otherwise just get one that accepts 120mm fans and has a side window and buy the best fans you can get with what's left of your budget.
