Wanted - Travel Insurance for the over 75's

Hi
I hope someone can help

My grandfather wants to go to America for New Year but as he's over 75 the travel insurance is ridiculous - it;s so expensive that he probably wont be able to go and most companies wont even insure him

Does anyone know where he can get some cheap-ish travel insurance

Thx
Tara

Saga would be the best bet for travel insurance, they specifically cater for the over-50's. Click here

Yes, saga is def the best for this. My folks are 74 and were insured with them - had to claim for cancelling hol as dad had to get an operation. Paid out no bother. Recommended.

I got a quote of £30.10 from 1st 4u, for a week in the USA for a 76 year old
They cover up to age 79
