wanted wireless router

im looking for a wireless router that i can use with virgin broadband. i want it to be able to let me go online with my pc and a ps3 at the same time.

i have seen this one http://www.play.com/PC/PCs/4-/615584/-/Product.html
will it work for what i want or is there cheaper better ones?

found one its version 3 for £26 on ebay. will that work and also will i have to get something to go in my pc or can i just plug it into my pc like it is now with the ethernet cable? thanks

should be fine, netgear does come with software however if you go to start run, or vista ctrl alt dele then task manager then run.

You enter http://192.168.0.1 normally , its your default gateway and all your router settings are there.

If you want a router and modem in one it does the job well.

just did a bit of research on the router and it syas it will not work with virgin media. is there anything else that will work with it that is good.

I have a Netgear WPN824 on Virgin and its spot on,no drop outs or connection probs in the 18 months i'v had it

linksys are the best around for virgin cable etc, its your own pref thou:thumbsup:

I won't buy linksys again, don't get on with it at all.
