Evening all
I have a samsung 8kg ecobubble washibg machine that works great but when its spinning the whole kitchen shakes. It was bought from currys but they didnt fit it (plumbing issues and they wouldnt touch it), and its installed on a laminate floor with slightly creaky wooden floorboards underneath. Its sat in an area with just enough room for it but theres no access to the side or rear of the machine when its pushed back under the kitchen top.
On anything over 800rpm spins it shakes uncontrollably. The machine has 4 metal feet with rubber socks at the bottom of them. Ive tried having the metal feet fully loosened to raise the machine up and also lowered them to lower the gap under the machine but neither works for more than a day before the machine starts shaking again.
Can anyone offer any assistance?

sorted byHad to pull it out again and settle for it being level just across the front. Pushed it back in and its now wedged under the counter solid. Did a 1400rpm spin and could barely feel the machine spinning.

If yes, then did you remember to remove the drum stabilizing bolts at the rear of the machine?
The bolts are only there to secure the drum in position during transportation.
Yeah its done it since installation. Ive adjusted the feet on the bottom of the machine and thats fixed the problem but only for a few days. The drum stabiliding bolts have been removed yes.
Perhaps it might be a good idea to put a square piexe of wood under the machine to spread the weight of it over the floorboarda that are squeaking?
My first thought was levelling and locking the feet - you do lock the threads after adjusting them, dont you??
If it vibrates during each load, it could be that one of the weights or springs inside has come loose.
I should add, I have an older Samsung washer, and the spin is so quiet and stable, people dont realise it is actually spinning.

Which is an easy task when it's put under a counter
