Looking for a good price on a weights bar 6 to 7 ft. I could be upgrading, So my previous bar is not big enough. I need ti be a standard 1" and not Olympic, so i can use my previous weights. Anyw one seen anything reasonable?

Pay the extra, go Olympic.

No gear, no gains.

I have limited space in the garage, I don't even think i be able to get this maximuscle squat rack in.

As for pay extra, it's nothing to do with cost, it to do with the 115kg of weights I already have. Cant be assed to buy new weights. Actually looking for Olympic bars or weights are not that common place. Checking out what was online, and local to me (i live Cornwall so we don't have every major department store here.).
I actually did day in the post I wanted to keep old weights

Problem with sticking with standard bars is the 6ft/7ft standard are generally only rated up to 120kg. I don't know what your lifting capabilities are but, with squats it doesn't take long to be over the 120kg mark.

Generally the price would be £20-30.

I can bench about 105kg for a 1/2 rep max.

I agree with the squatting that, i was doing 160kg when i was at a gym. Being in the garage i dont think i be risking it past a 100kg.

As i said i don't even think the squat rack will fit in. I measured the garage up earlier, and i think i being caught out by the height of the squat rack, where i would sit it would hit my bicycle.

I have a vfit bench that was bought for me. I think the metal is quite thin on it. I have mange to bend parts when i had failure during lifting. As i saw Argos had a promotion on maxi muscle gear i thought i just try the latt pull down in mine. Unfortunately it doesn't fit, so was considering getting the maxi muscle As I was interested getting back into squatting.
