Are you looking for site where you pay for it or download it with peer to peer sharing?

if you like music and CARE about your fav artists, download from a site such as Itunes.
pay for music, don't steal it.

I've started using soundlike.com, no problems so far although seems unrealistically cheap!

Amazon or Hmv or wherever. I hate Itunes

Reasons?

I just done like Itunes myself, I hate the programme

If you don't have an ipod then I wouldn't bother with Itunes. Depends what the player will handle
Amazon with unprotected MP3's seems a good bet.

Amazon definately! Unprotected so you can use them on any mp3 player, plus thay have loads of albums for £3 at the mo!

HAHAHA

I don't condone piracy, and would recommend Amazon from my experience.

But CARE about the artists? Get real. Poor little blighters in their 5 star hotels and mansions.

MP3Fiesta is cheap and legal, between $1.50 to $2 an album, thats £1 to £1.30. Theres also allofmp3.com.

They've a good variety of music as well as all the chart titles and I've found them very reliable and the MP3's to be good quality. You make one off payments to your balance and they don't store the payment or card details. The payment appears discretely on your card/bank statement as "Private".

Obviously theres industry pressure on these sites but to date Moscow courts have ruled they don't break Russian copyright laws.

There are other Russian based MP3 sites and some attempt to control the actions of users with disclaimers to the effect that users bears sole responsibility for any illegal use.
