Hi darwash - it had come to light after the thread was shared that the merchant is part of a daily deal site currently banned from being shared on HUKD so this was removed.

I've bought 2 vouchers. Fingers crossed this is legit. First time i've been worried about something ive bought via this site......

No need to panic folks - we just remove/ban some merchants if they do not comply with HUKD site rules. If you've any concerns just get in touch with the merchant on their respective contact pages.

this site can detect duplicates and tell you before you post, but can't tell you something is banned prior?

Why not just leave thread locked if banned & allow HUKD members to view only with reason of ban? HUKD members will decide at their own choice to take a risk. Many times of good deals that I have missed due to mods removing threads.

Veedubjai has a point, please respond magicjay1986.

It makes sense to allow hukd members to decide for themselves, we don't need to be spoon-fed.

It wasn't until it was shared that it was discovered that the merchant was part of the group of another already banned.

If we did that and allowed members to make their minds up on ALL merchants it would be pointless having rules in place regarding self promotion etc. Something would be shared for a banned merchant, it would be locked, have a presence on site and repeat.

Don't know about anyone else, but I just got an e-mail from Voucherspace re the Currys £10 egift card, and I cannot log into my account to retrieve it...

It says my login details are incorrect...and I know that the email address and password I used to buy the voucher are correct as I wrote them down, and now it won't let me log in to get my voucher.

Anyone else having problems logging in to get their voucher?

Seriously?

Banned means banned, or does that not register with you?

What your asking is why not just leave a shark in the swimming pool and let customers decide if it is friendly or not, even though you the owner of said pool knows it can be temperamental.

Anyway, banned or not, I finally figured out how to do it...though they didn't make it particularly easy, but now got my 4 £10 Currys vouchers...
