This season been bugging me for literally years. I remember discussing it with a friend at uni but we both came to no conclusion.

On ebay there are a number of positing s for footwear (trainers and shoes) described as "trashed" "well worn" some say things like "worn without socks and sometimes my feet would be sweaty" or stains consistent with use"

The images are of a shoes / trainer in bad condition however the number of bids the item gets it ridiculous for it to be that actual item.... Surely?

Is it all a big cover up if your "in" you'd know it's code for drugs or something illegal? Think oitnb laungerie business type....

But wouldn't they have been busted by now!?

I just find it hard to believe it's actually the item it says.

Anyone fill me in I feel like someone must know haha

We live to learn something new each day.... I just wish what I learned today would have been more value to me! haha

There was a similar post the other day but it was a pair of disgusting sweat pants that were being sold for hundreds. All the feedback was also private.
I came to the same conclusion that its probably some code for a dealer.

I have been told that its about a foot fetish thing and gays, pics are supposed to show hairy legs and the age of the person (say teenager). Now I'd just throw my old shoes out but maybe I can flog my manky adidas sambas now lol.

Gonna be sick, glad its just shoes but there are probably well used pants on there to.

And here was me just chucking away shoes..... wonder what category these things are listed under gross foot fetish.... dirty kegs..... some people are just weird.

I used to sell trashed shoes myself on eBay . good little earner, if your willing to put up with offers of foot worshipping and things like that. Some weird people out there lol but if they are willing to pay for shoes that I was going to throw away I don't mind lol even bought some Stilton to get them having a good stink on! X)

So am I now i've just found out how much money i've thrown away over the years :(
I can tolerate oddball fetish people, their money spends just the same as anyone elses :)

Haha OK so this is actually a legit thing like it's genuinely just a pair of trainers that are worn out fit for the honor but are being sold coz someone out there has a fetishists for this kinda stuff? Hmmm so I could flog my old shoes on ebay and make money simple as or do they expect weird stuff like a photo of your feet along with the shoes!?
I'm so confused haha. Imagine I sent old shoes but it's actually code and they were expecting a different item to turn up. Is it even legal?

Include some skin and toenails and watch the value sky rocket :)
I know Mrs Richie won't do it but i have no issues forcing my way into some high heels, I'm off to boots for some shocking pink nail paint stuff now, next week i should be able to retire.

I would sell my used pants... But I know they would come under the camping >tents category :)

In the early years of eBay the tag to watch out for was "possible gay interest" all kinds of used stuff would come up.

I remember years ago considering selling old shoes myself but then thought I didn't want to be potentially harassed as these people had my details X)

Most likely fetish related.
Having said that some older designs can be worth a lot for collectors.
