Hi all,

As the title says. Just to give you some background that I'm on a business trip to the UK for a couple of months from Dubai. I had picked up a PS4 bundle during black Friday (Uncharted 4 and Fifa 17) would like to sell Uncharted 4 eventually in a week or so.

Now I know that I can go into CEX to exchange for a voucher (which I've done already for another game) but am thinking what's the best way to exchange a game or CEX voucher for cash. Surely CEX will offer crap 'cash' rates.

Now I keep seeing people here mentioning BT and PPG (PayPal Gift?) which I totally have no clue about (both how to send game / voucher to the person and how to receive the money in return).

Not sure if its going to help but my PayPal is linked to my UAE (Dubai) address so I usually can't make payment through that besides Ebay. I guess I can receive them though?

Appreciate some advice.

They are offering £10 cash for Uncharted. You will get more than that selling privately here or also on eBay.

That's exactly the reason I created the post. The issue is I'm not too sure on the whole buying / selling process since I'm not actually based here in the UK (just here for a few months) and my Paypal is linked to my Dubai (UAE) account. So I'm guessing there will be a considerable amount of fees associated with sending payments as 'gifts'.

Hence the confusion on what's the best method for me to go about selling the game or a CEX voucher.

You work in Dubai in a job senior enough to have you jet setting between continents and you are wasting all this time and some effort to get another fiver?

Just punt it to the first shop you see and enjoy your time in the UK while u are here.

Not sure why such a response?? I'm not in a senior job by any means and am here for training for a couple of months where all my expenditure is in GBP. What's wrong in someone trying to save a penny or two?

Not everyone in Dubai drives supercars and lives on the Palm island ...

To summarise my response, cause I think you missed the point: dont worry about it, its only a fiver, just use your time here to enjoy the UK.

Pretty much what I said before.

Cheque/Postal order? That's how I handled eBay pre PayPal.
