Thanks, forgot to mention, need the image to run on a Windows virtual environment like Virtualbox

The last link of the four will work in VB. By "latest" version I take it you did mean Marshmallow rather then Nougat, although Final Nougat will be here possibly end of this month. (Current Beta Nougat NPD90G I've had no issues with)

My suggestion would be to use TWRP https://twrp.me/ if your device is supported.
You don't need to be rooted.
Just create a backup of your system. Store it on a SD card or computer.
Install all the crap you like.
When you've finished, restore the TWRP backup.
