please help me and let meknow which is the best diet to do trying to lose weight but not been that good so far, any ideas please.

Weightwatchers! Eat what you like, when you like, just don't go over your allocated points. Points allocation is based on how much you weigh, how old you are, female or male etc. Earn points (ie more to eat) by doing exercise! Even a quick walk counts and some fruit and veg don't use any points. Get a CD-Rom version to do at home or do it online (if you can't face everyone at a class) and develop your own favourite recipes etc. Easy to do now with all the major food manufacturers putting relevant information on their packaging. Good luck!

thought about doing this but had different poeple saying its good and some saying its not for them, what do you tend to lose week by week.

Define best!

Cabbage soup diet, does wonders, but you fart a lot!
Weight watchers, you can save up all the points by eating negative points food and then gettin p155ed

Best diet is to eat sensibly, exercise, and generally look after yourself.

(Not much fun though!!!!)

i mean which would be the best diet of which is the easyest and that you dont lose intrest in after a while, i just tryed the lipotrim diet which is a complete food replacement one and i got so depressed doing it all you can drink is plaine water and have 3 shaeks a day. not for me.

Burn more calories than you consume. The bigger the difference the faster you will lose weight.

Worry more about exercise than food - that way you'll get fitter as well as losing weight.

Drink water before meals rather than taking chemical appetitie suppressants.

Once you start to diet, you tend to be on it for the rest of your life? this is why the diet companies are such a big buisness.
I started dieting over twenty years ago, my first recoreded weight was 9stone 5lbs ( I wish I was that now)
I have recently been to a paul mackenna seminar, was a very good day and would recomend this to anyone serious about losing weight. have lost a stone in one month with no diet involved.

loads of fresh food, regular excercise, cut down the booze, that is a lifestyle you can live with period rather than a fad --. or, lots of cocaine -- tends to do wonders for your waistline if not your nose :)

With Weightwatchers if you have alot to lose ie 3 stone or more then initially you'll probably lose alot at first (5lb week 1, 4lb week 2) but then slow down to an average of about 2lb a week. It may not sound alot but it is a bag of sugar and if you lose too much too quickly, it tends to come back to you! Two pounds a week stays off!

try weight loss tablets T5's the [roper ones,they speed up your motabolism,they dont work for all but i know many folk in my gym that use them anmd have used them myself in past,but to many mash ya head up
