If the drivers have installed all you need to do is run the web o\s file, so close the quickinstall, unplug\re plug usb cable and then run the web doctor o\s file.

Have you checked that your java is up to date? does the touchpad show up in your device manager?

Yes it's showing there, Java up to date.

You don't need java, I've already posted the novacom drivers in the touchpad owners thread. This is the last factory reset you'll ever do. Webos is dead in mid January, can't be activated, no app store, all offline. It's android or the bin.
Thanks Dcx, I am trying to do this for a friend as they had sold this on ebay, had dual boot on it but just wanted to put back to factory settings, which would be the best way from here?

Yes it's showing there, Java up to date.

Maybe it's the web doctor file, what one you using? I used the 3.00 from the XDA links and after it all installed it updated to 3.05.

Yeah sorted pal, wanted to install webos but with no luck so erased everything with tptoolkit and then installed android, took about 5mins. I have already been using just android (no webos) on the 3 tablets in our house since July time, but a friend wanted theirs factory resetting as it was being sold on. Thanks again for your help.
