Where can I get my Samsung Note 3 repaired ?

Hey guys, recently my phone has been randomly turning off.
Once back on it lasts max 10 mins before turning itself off again.

I've been to samsung store/carphone warehouse but because I bought my phone outside the EU they don't want to touch it.

Anyone know a trustworthy place (preferably in London) I can get it looked at?

Mine does this too ... What I do is take the battery out and pop back in ... usually works ...

Also recently found that the actual USB charging cable was faulty so had to get a new one ....

... mines about 1 year old but works fine now

That doesn't work for me, it lets it turn back on but it just turns itself back off.
Mine is probably more than just the usb cable, the phone also turns off if you gently shake it. So it might be a loose connection or something.
Thanks for you help though.

Tried that, because I bought the phone in africa they "don't have the parts" and wont service it. and I tried contacting Samsung Africa, but have gotten no response.

can you not ship it to someone in africa u trust and then have it repaired and shipped back? samsung repair centres are just normal shops ie third party its worth just taking it into a few... one of them will help...

that may have to be a last resort. but if it came to that i would rather sell the phone for parts here and use the money towards a new one.

I was under the impression that Samsungs have a two year warranty on their mobiles...
If you are still having no luck, I can ask someone who works in the CPW 'repair' dept for advice on who to contact and how?
