Hi guys. My contract with EE is coming to an end and I would like to know where to get the best deal on a new Samsung galaxy note 7.
I currently have a Samsung galaxy note 4 and I'm on a friends and family offer but my friend has left EE so that discount is being cancelled. (Unlimited calls/texts and 10gb data £29.50/month)
I have looked at an upgrade from EE but to get around 10gb of data with that phone is around £51/month. Does anyone know of any great offers for this phone that I could look at?
Or is there anyone out there working for EE that would like to give me a f&f discount?

It will be interestin what deals are on offer when the Note - hopefully with a fixed battery that no longer explodes - goes back on sale in the UK in mid November. I would wait to see what is on offer then if I was in your position.

Edit:

In the meantime order a PAYG SIM from giffgaff to have ready for when your EE contract runs out. Just use giffgaff for a month or two until you get a good deal for the Samsung you want.

Replacements are now bursting into flames!
This'll kill Samsung.

Smart person, buying a note 7 just in time for bonfire night to light the fire with, in style of course.

Avoid it. Even replacements are having issues. They need to revise the model altogether not just replace it seems.

P.S. I'm also on Note 4 waiting to upgrade. The best deals I found were on mobiles.co.uk - there's also vouchers floating around the net to get £10/£20 off any upfront costs of the device (to lower monthly).

I will wait out the Note 6 issue and see how it is doing when I renew next month.

LG V20 also looks good.

Hi guys. Just a quick update on my situation. I decided to go sim only until the Note 7 is sorted or the S8 is launched. Have stayed with EE on unlimited calls and texts with 16gb data for £19.99/Month.
Thanks again for all your comments.

PS I can upgrade again after 3 mths which should be in time for the S8 launch.
