Could anybody tell me who makes and where I can get sugar free sweets (Glasgow)? Looking for Liquorice, boiled sweets and sherbet...but anything else as well!

Had a look in sainsburys but couldn't see anything!

Thanks

You don't have a sweet shop near you?

We got one that sells a lot of sweets / cards / birthday stuff. They have quite a few in there.

Just don't eat the whole bag within a minute, you'll be regretting it ha. :D

I used to eat a lot of them when I cut, they are fine. Just have to space them out.

I agree - my mum is diabetic and has been told to avoid these as they have sugar substitutes in them which can be a lot worse. She has a sweet tooth and allows herself some normal chocolate (sometimes every day but a small amount) which is fine if she controls what she eats in other ways and always takes her injections.

Truth is if it's about weight loss it will make very little difference as the calorie count will be almost as high. If for some other reason good luck & enjoy :)

Thanks, have just bought them online for my diabetic mother, nothing to do with weight loss.
