Have you had whey or weight gainers before or are you just starting out ?
Be aware that weight gain doesn't happen over night, well it does, but not right away. You'll see that supplement shops do a deal on buying 3 tubs at a time, thats because it will take 1 tub for your body to accept it and 2 tubs to get a desired gain. Don't think one tub will make you put on weight.
I use Cyclone, it works a treat for me but I've used others and not gotten on with them, they can either go right through you or even be rejected (sick) but once you find the one that works for you stick with it and in time the weight will pile on.
I needed to put on a stone for my bodybuilding and I managed just under within 8 weeks, perfect.

use code xxxxxxx, to get 5% of your first order at

http://www.myprotein.co.uk :whistling:

they are very cheap anyway plus they will price match if for some reason you do find cheaper. great products, they got a forum for help and advise, and you can earn points for towards future buys.

Agreed, but referrals are not allowed here. Don't buy H&B crap.

see what he comes back with then check out my protein as IF it is cheaper they will preice match anyway, i use the unflavoured and use tesco milk shake mix to add a bit of flavour, can swap flavours as an when you feel like then. creatine is cheap over there also. dextrose i get from my local supermarket.

Have you emailed me or John at Direct Fitness ? John at Direct fitness will probably get back to you on Monday - office hours.

He'll do the bast he can and give good advice.

Try to avoid powder creatine, the Serum is better and safer.

What exactly are you trying to do ?

PM me and I'll give my point of view if you want it, I've been training for 5 years and hitting it heavy for the last year properly with good gains and results

Any proof of that at all jon? Is that for creatine monohydrate or ethyl ester?
Also why does it take one tub of weight gainer for your body to "accept" it?

If you want to gain weight you need food, LOTS of food, supplements are the icing on the cake.

aim for 30 - 50g of protein per meal from lean meats, chicken is good, steak is also good, it his anabolic properties beyond its protein content. (zinc and iron namely)

Get a lots of carbs down you, complex carbs are slow digesting and best for keeping insulin response low (a good thing!). Oats, basmati/brown rice, wholewheat pasta, breads with seeds (granary, soy/linseed bread).

Good fats, eating fat doesnt make you fat, good sources of fats include: Nuts, oils that are low in saturates, flaxseed oil.

Go to www.myprotein.co.uk and enter www.bulkpowders.co.uk into the price matcher, buy 5kg of whey protein concentrate euro 80. Consume first thing in the morning, before your breakfast and after training with a bit of sugar to promote insulin response (a good thing after training)

Alternatively just ignore everything above and get yourself some reflex instant mass, its lovely stuff and has a good carb source (oats and activated barley).
