My BT infinity 1 contract is coming to an end and I'm trying to decide whether to stay as I can get the same offer again, £31.49 per month.
Or I can move to Plusnet slightly lower speed but works out at £25 per month.
I haven't seen any other deals out there and spoke to Sky but they can only offer £30 I already have Sky TV
I haven't had any issues at all with BT so not sure whether I should just stay.

Not 100% sure but plusnet piggy back from Bt.

I wouldn't bother switching to Plusnet especially if you take advantage of the higher speeds

I'm also looking for a new fibre deal.

Best one I've found so far is Plusnet, like you say it's a lower speed than BT infinity, but you can get £80 cashback from topcashback lowering the cost to £18.33 (or £14.83 if you pay line rental upfront)
Alternatively if you don't trust TCB, Plusnet offer £50 cashback if you go straight to their website. That makes it £20.83 a month (or £17.33 if line paid upfront)

Or with Fibre Extra, Topcashback pays an extra £15, so the cost increase compared to their fibre offering equates to an extra £4.75 more per month (after factoring in the extra TCB amount).

I've just renewed with BT
I did look at plus net but bt is the best in my area I got Infinity 2 , weekend calls and line rental £33.49pmI asked about the new hub 6
Was told it was £70 to buy
Or if i took a 18 month contract they could offer me a new router but would be £35.49pm
So £36 for a new router, not bad I thought

I have decided to stay with BT as well now, renewed infinity 1 for £29.99 and will pay line rental up front once the contract starts.
I also asked about the new home hub and got quoted the same as you but I know you can pick one up on EBay for about £25 although it is used, I will probably just stick with the older home hub as still works fine!
