Go for the i5. You can always change the RAM if it's not performing as well as you'd like. Easier than trying to change the CPU on a laptop!

To be honest, for web browsing and using Office, I think 4GB will be plenty, so I wouldn't worry about upgrading it for a while :)

You seem to have strange priorities for your stated use. None of those things are remotely going to care how fast your processor is or how much extra ram you have. Personally I'd go and hunt down reviews to find out which had the better screen and if any of the keyboards had more feel than spongecake.
