If I were you, I'd go to your local electrical specialist and have a look at them being demonstrated and make up your own mind as to which you think has the best picture etc & then buy from the catalogue.

Out of the three I would go for the Samsung, there LCD's are good over a 26"-40" range, if your not restricted to the catalogue you can pick them up a good £100 odd pound cheaper elsewhere. I see the Samsung on Pixmania for £379 total.

I can vouch for the Samsung being a good set as I havce that exact model and have been really pleased with it over the 3 months I have owned it. It has good picture quality with both SD & HD sources.

After having a Sony HD and Samsung HD tv in my home, I would defo go with the Samsung from now on. ;-)
