I need hassle free costumer service provided like tesco direct as they replaced my fridge within 3 days. Anyone any similar experience? how about John Lewis or ao.com? Thanks

Agreed ....AVOID A.O ,had a washer dryer delivered earlier this Year that was faulty as soon as i used it , when i called to request a replacement i was told that i had to call the manufacturer to arrange for them to come and repair it ...or i didn`t agree to this then they would indeed come and collect it and refund me the price.....minus 30%!!
After numerous calls to various A.O departments and finally quoting the "Consumer rights Act" and threatening to get the credit card company involved they finally refunded the total paid .
Would never use them again .
John Lewis are supposed to be much better , or at least they used to be .

Ao were great with me. Delivered on the day they said they would. 0% finance (not that i need it i only take free finance as it makes no sense not to)

Cooker developed a small fault as in the hot ring warning was on constantly ao dealt with hotpoint and had it fixed very quicly

Also if you do order with ao dont take the option to have old one removed theyll usually phone you before delivery and ask why you didnt take the option up and give you it for free lol
