Can anyone reccomend a product that will ACTUALLY DO WHAT ITS SPOSED TO ON THE TIN. I have purchased numerous products to clean my sofa but none of them seem to do any good. Like an idiot i purchased a bright white one, and now it looks grey..... Please help::thumbsup:

ok i am not the most domesticated person in the world.... whats saddle soap and were can i get some, and will it explain what to do on the packaging, have you used this before, and will i have a tipex white sofa again. thank you ever so for you help

As suggested above Saddle Soap,I've heard people say about it too for leather sofas,I guess get from equestrian shop.

hi yes for a horsey sort of shop,ive not used it myself but every1 raves about it!its worth a try!:thumbsup:

thank you all i going to a horse shop and going to get some and then have a lovely clean white sofa :):)

for any stains use hairspray (cheaper the better, I think the missus uses strong hold stuff), especially good for getting pen marks off. then simple soap (fairy liquid in a bowl) and water....Oooo and a bit of elbow grease.

My neighbour uses Jif and that seems to work for him :thumbsup:

jif's a good one as well, i have tried wet ones and they dont seem to work anymore (they used to when the sofa was new) obvioulsy it says alot about my sofa and how dirty it is now LOL

i use a steam cleaner works on mine

hairspray and baby wipes works a treat on my leather sofa everytime (mines light cream colour)
