Please try to base replies from personal experience rather than stories.

Thanks in advance.

I use Godaddy for .org - .com - .net. I use 123reg for .co.uk. In my experience, both are great. About 4 years with 123reg, about 8 with Godaddy

I use 123-reg for all my domain registering, but I really wasn't happy with their packages for hosting. I mainly host my sites through Heart Internet now.

I use domainmonster.com for my registrations (for all extensions).

Hosting varies but I currently use US-based sites as they are as fast (were until recently much cheaper) and tend to give better lover level access even on virtual hosting but I think I will benchmark this year as UK seem to have caught up. :-)

what are you looking to do / host?

ive used freeparking for domain names! reasonable prices and good service!

I use heart for hosting and 123reg for domains, just be careful if you plan to make your site in microsoft frontpage or expression web as you need to pay for more expensive packages for them to support frontpage extensions.

Basically just something to much about and practice with - as I stopped doing that type of stuff quite a few years ago - but miss it.

I had a handful of domains from 123-reg that in the past were hosted at Host Europe, but let all but three expire, but fancied starting up a couple of others aimed at generating commission, basically so income was not tied/based in the UK.
