Im umbelivably frustrated with VM and I dont know what to do next, I havent even started a contract with them yet!
I contacted VM two weeks ago to take out their 100mb bb deal, at same time I rang sky and gave 14 days notice. VM then sent me a naff, vague text message saying something wrong with the order can I ring them. After being on hold for an hour finally got through to someone only to be told they didnt know what it was about, only that the installation was delayed and someone would ring me back within 5 days. 5 days passed and nobody rang me, but I got a text saying the installation was going through on 03/03/17. The 3rd comes and VM engineer turns up to fix problem in the street, i asked him and he said nothing wrong with cable in my street, and that install should still go ahead on that day.
The day passed and nobody came to install, so I rang VM back and they said we will arrange another install date. I then get an email saying its happening at the end of the month...what ******* use is that to me when my sky BB is going off I said. I rang VM again and they told me theres an install date available this week, however that woman then put the phone down on me without warning. I rang VM straight back and they told me that woman was lying, theres no date this week.
Get to today and I ring them again and ask for an ealier date and some sort of compensation as im royally pee'd off now. They offer me 3 days earlier install and £1 discount...A WHOLE POUND A MONTH. I said to VM they are insulting me, and its not good enough. Another call back and funnily enough they found an install date on the 15th now, but they cannot offer any further compensation as I am recieiving the first month free (offered when install delayed), and free installation (this was offered first time I rang to take out VM).
So now im waiting for a call from the complaints team as im still royally pee'd off, the worst part is the offer to reduce the monhly bill by £1, that was just insulting. Is it actually likely im going to recieve a call from VM complaints team or wont they bother and just hope I dont say anything and the 15h day comes? Ive said if they dont ring back by friday im cancelling, there an absolute set of muppets.
