how would i do that

put the routers ip address into your browser on a computer & use the admin password to look at its settings.

google sky router ip address

the address should be 192.168.0.1

Should be a list of all the devices that are/were connected to the router by wifi or ethernet

Its on my front page but I guess it might depend on your router model.
