Thoughts on best broadband provider, that also provides the best hub for WiFi around the house? Our Sky hub is shocking and the WiFi poor so wondered if others are better from other providers. Cheers.

is ur wired sky cone ction okay? if so u can just buy a router. u don't have to use the one built in. they are all pretty basic no maker which provider. I think the sky hub has a home plug built into it.

Have you changed the channel that your wifi is broadcasting on? If not, give that a go first. A quick google will tell you how to log into your wifi and change the channel.

Got talk talk a few months back because it was the cheapest at the time £22 for unlimited fibre......no problems so far.. and a free mobile plan throw in , light use but fine for me

If you're using the router that your provider provides, you're going to have a bad time.

From experience I know the TalkTalk, EE and Plusnet standard broadband routers are all horrific for signal. Generally most reviews have Sky Q hub and 2016 BT hub rated quite highly as far as ISP routers go. As said, not worth changing supplier, you are much better off looking around for a well reviewed £50-100 router.

Sky won't allow you to use third party routers believe it or not :|

Forget talktalk and their hg633 super router then. Was absolutely useless, new firmware makes it just a little better than a chocolate teapot, an improvement but not much.
