I have ordered BT Infinity + Calls + Phone + TV via Quidco. The cashback has tracked, however I just realised I used this Quidco account to order Broadband for a relative 10 months ago. Are BT likely to pay cashback again, given that the account has been paid before?

This is a totally different address (and therefore line), and is a genuine new connection - just wondering if they'll reject based on paying out 10 months back?

Thanks!

Contact quidco, or just wait and see.

Would rather not wait and see - if they won't pay twice, I can just order it via another member of my household's account. Need to find out today, really, due to Black Friday deal ending soon.

If u need a definitive answer I suppose the only route is to either contact quidco or scrutinise the t&cs

Was going to mention I need a response around now - admittedly didn't realise Quidco had live support :)

I believe it is BT who check to see if you are a new customer. So if you are a new customer, and your relative was also a new customer you should get the cashback. The offer does not say "For new Quidco customers". Just BT ones.
