BT are rubbish at customer support - they charged me for two packages because they screwed up, they didn't refund me the money but I didn't send back their router or Youview box when the year long contract ended so I think I won that one.

I think it's just the box will be capable of showing the ultra HD channels but will also show the SD and HD channels so you should be good.

Be careful they won't install the ultra HD box unless it is hardwired had loads of problems. You would probably be better with hd box and usually free wireless pass through sockets if you negotiate. They only have one game of football in ultra HD something like once a month / week can't remember but it wasn't worth it.

can self install so saving the fee they try to get you with on that one

have delayed my order for now but think it more than pays for itself considering its like 6 quid just to add to sky and i think thats sd only
