Hi there,

Got a iphone 4S on contract from EE, I've had the phone unlocked by paying EE £20 for a unlock code. If I want to do a complete factory restore, will the iphone be locked back on EE only again? Thanks.

Most phone providers when on a contract will give you the unlocking code free, I know I did from 02 and a friend did with 3 Network.

I'm with 3 now and they gave me the unlock code straight away , but when I was with EE no matter what I tried I still had to pay the £20, its a joke when you think most of the other networks do it for free
