Hi we have a window (which is not used for a fire escape) that opens to 90degrees in a 5yo bedroom. We want piece of mind by restricting how much it can open. I have seen things you buy on line to do this, but looking at the track, I was wondering if you buy a clip that stops the slider thus restricting how much it opens ( or just put a screw in it?)

the cord restrictor with base plate is an easy fit, the plate fits under your existing handle

You need something like this that's child proof/locks
