Up to today, when I typed in the 'ask me anything' box I was getting results. Say I typed 'MP3', I would get the MP3s on my computer alongside links to MP3 sites etc.

Now, as soon as I type MP3 in the box, or anything else, it's completely empty.

I've rebooted to no avail. Have I turned something off accidentally?

Ta.

Yeah, any idea how to re-enable it?

Type Turn Cortana on in the box and see what happens. There are other ways but would have to find them for you.

Thanks mate. I ended Cortana in Task Manager (although it came back straight away) but it is working again now.

Thanks everyone.

How to turn on Hey Cortana on Windows 10 PC
Press the Windows key + S simultaneously to open Cortana.
Click the Notebook button. It's the little notebook icon underneath the house icon on the left side of your screen.
Click on Settings.
Click on the On/Off switch underneath the Hey Cortana heading.
