This is not the upgrade package. The one I posted earlier (and deleted) from Ebuyer was a upgrade version. This one is OEM version.

I think it comes down to a person's choice. I am a happy XP user and never upgraded to Vista. Recently bought Dell Corei7 laptop which came preloaded with Win7 but thats just sitting at one corner as I didn;t like Win7 either (atleast not so far).
