I know the Ti has come out but wondering if this is still a good price for used? From what I've seen they are going for a bit more. This also come with a warranty still.

Yeah you will get two years out of it at 1440p easy not saying maxed out but definitely close to.
Awesome thanks, thats really what i wanted to know, and seems like you're not saying anything about the price so thats decent also.

Well I paid over £600 for mine on release so yeah, the price is great.

Also to add to the above, you would have less problems with a friend in the event of it breaking down the road.

I sort of need to make the decision here soon. And even when vega comes out I do not see 3rd party used 1080's (with warranty) being lower priced than this. I'm not really sold on Vega being such a market shaker as the previews say.

Wow thats a pretty solid yes. I dont think he would take any less as he's using the money to fund a car. Thanks for the response, do you think at 430 I would get my monies worth for a couple years of 1440p ultra/high (rare 4k) gaming? I've been stuck using an older card for a while and am not the most up to date with whats out there, what makes you be so confident about this (just curiosity on my part)?

LOL gotcha, so thats a go for it at 420 then? He was actually going to put it up everywhere for 470, then said he'd be fine with taking £50 off for me for the less hassle.

You could easily pick one up for the same amount on ebay. So if they are a friend they are being rather tight. No way could they clear £420 after PayPal fees etc.

Thanks I went for it, was a big plus that it was a friend vs ebay/gumtree. Looking forward to getting it set up!
