Hi
do you speak german - if so and are prepared to organise a tageskarte here is a link to reserve them http://www.tageskarte-gemeinde.ch/
this is the cheapest way to get a tageskarte which is a swiss pass for one day for around 30 francs. (£13 a day)
it might be a lot of work to organise the tageskarte if you dont have knowledge of switzerland.

Hi there

the chart shows how many cards are available for selected days.
if you are going next weekend it doesnt look like there are any available.
this system is only really good if you book a bit further in advance.
enjoy your trip to switzerland!
£99 for four days is very much worth it anyway. you wont be able to get it cheaper other than the tageskarte system.

I'm on the lookout as well! If you happen to find anything could you let me know? Can't wait to go! Only 6 more months ;)

RailEurope do an inter-rail pass that allows travel unlimited travel on rail.
However, Swiss pass allows umlimited travel on all public transport and free entry to many attractions....

If you have any further information about travel in switzerland, please add to this thread.
