XBOX 360 premium with 4 controllers & 10 games - £161 !!!!!!

Ive been looking to buy an XBOX 360 premium and want to spend ~£140

Ive found this site :
http://viva-mobile.com/index.php?cPath=47 Viva-mobile.com

It has a premium system, with 4 wireless controllers, 10 games and some accesories for a meagre 220 euros (around £154). Including delivery it is 230 euros (around £161).
Is this even possible? It seems too good to be true.
Is the site genuine?
It is based in Italy and therefore im guessing that the stuff will be PAL and european, which is good enough for me.

They claim to have a secure method of payment. which does seem secure. Here it is:
http://viva-mobile.com/conditions.php Shipping Its near the bottom of the page.

What are your views on this?
Is it a trustworthy site?
Has anyone bought form them before?

Any help will be appreciated
Many thanks,
amzmalhotra

I've bought plenty from china for peanuts. It could be a fake and chances are it is, but then again you just dont know until you order. If your credit card covers you, then I dont care I just take the risk and issue a chargeback, marbles have always sorted any problem out and prompt, been with them since they started and defo the best service I've ever had. You could phone your card company and ask them to check the site or if there are chargebacks being issued against them and/or contact the payment section in this case its; (hope it helps) Not everything is a scam - but sadly lots are :-(
